Becoming a member of the Nonprofit Shared Services Center means having 24/7 access to our meeting rooms and supplies. So you can meet and discuss here, before going out and working on your missions.
We have two conferences rooms — the Beartooth Room (the bigger of the two) and the Bighorn Room — at the NPSSC. Both rooms provide accessible, reliable places to have your meetings. The Beartooth Room features a state-of-the-art smartboard system, speaker system, web camera, conference call system, and seats up to 40 people. You will have access to Zoom calls as well as Microsoft Teams, if you have a Microsoft account.
The Bighorn Room features a 55” Flat Screen TV, conference call system, and seats up to 10. Building access is 24/7 with a door code and free WIFI is available.
Both rooms come with coffee and tea carafes, supplies to make tea and coffee, cups, utensils, napkins and more.
NOTE: Organizations involved in the Fun Run have free access to the conference rooms. Any businesses or individuals are welcome to use the conference rooms for a one-time fee (inquire for details) or become an annual Shared Service Center member. (Be sure to select “Full Access Shared Service Center Member”).
