Mission: To promote, develop and maintain trails for non-motorized recreation and transportation activities in and near Red Lodge to improve the quality of life/health of residents and visitors.
What are you fundraising for this year?
The development of multi-use summer trails at Red Lodge Mountain. To maintain operations of the Red Lodge Nordic Center and the West Fork road grooming. To assist the Forest Service with trail building and trail maintenance through the funding of Montana Conservation Corps crews.
What impact will funds have on your mission and community?
The number of persons in the Red Lodge Community impacted by Beartooth Trails is in the thousands annually. The funds will have a huge impact on Beartooth Trails ability to continue to build new summer trails and provide grooming for winter trails activities. Supporting the USFS trail crews also benefits our community.
If you participated last year, what did you use the funds for?
For the construction and maintenance of trails at Coal Miner’s Park and to fund to grooming operations at the Red Lodge Nordic Center and West Fork Trails.
