2025 Owner-Built Housing Program Guidelines

After completing the final phase of the Spires Project in 2024, Helena Area Habitat for Humanity will now focus on projects closer to their home office in Helena Montana. RLACF Workforce Housing is currently in the process of applying to be a USDA Mutual Self Help 523 Grantee to continue the Owner-Built Housing Program Model.
