New Connections Events
New Connections Events are fun and open to everyone! These events are an expansion of last year’s Newcomers Events. Whether you are brand new to the Red Lodge area, a part-time resident, or have been here for many years, we invite you to come and build new connections with friends and neighbors. At each event, you will get to hear from community partners about upcoming activities and happenings in Red Lodge. Bring a friend and join us for an upcoming event!
2022 Events
June 22 from 4-6 pm at Red Lodge Ales (in the Backyard Beer Garden).
Due to the recent events impacting Red Lodge and Carbon County, the June 22 event scheduled for Sam’s Tap Room is canceled.
As we collectively navigate this challenging time, we thank you for the powerful connections we have seen among community members, friends, and neighbors helping and supporting one another.

August 13 from 4-6 pm at the Roosevelt Center
Start your Second Saturday Art Walk by building New Connections with us! We will meet at the Conference Room in the Roosevelt Center for light refreshments followed by a special opportunity to view the studios of local artists within the Roosevelt Center.
November 2 from 4-6 pm at the Nordic Center
We will meet at the Nordic Center’s outdoor warming hut for light refreshments and a discussion with local Photographers including Merv Coleman and Don Redfoot. Get tips on capturing beautiful sunsets and night sky photos. This event is a special way to experience the beauty of Red Lodge!
December 2 from 3-5 pm at the Roosevelt Center
Kick-off Winter Stroll with us! We will meet at the Roosevelt Center for light refreshments where you can check out the studios of local artists and exhibits before making your way through the rest of town for this fun and uniquely Red Lodge event.
