Community Grants Application

To apply for one of our grants we require two things:

1. Innovative– Request is for a new program or capacity building program that is collaborative in nature.
2. Nonprofit Sustainability– Request is to assist a nonprofit organization with resources that will help ensure long term sustainability for the organization.

All applications due May 30^th. If you applied to the Pro Cut Green Fund or the Rotary Club Youth Grants, your application will be funneled through so you don’t have to fill out multiple applications.
